How do I claim my gift packs? Do I need a code?

No code needed! Your gift packs are automatically added to your cart when you reach each spend threshold - the more you spend, the more gifts you unlock. It's that simple.

Can I claim more than one gift pack per order?

Only one gift pack per order will be awarded. However you are more than welcome to place multiple orders to claim multiple gift packs!

How long will it take to get my order?

We dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse within 1-2 business days, then Australia Post Express delivers to most metro areas within 1-2 days (3-5 days to rural areas, WA, and NT).

Black Friday: Due to high order volumes, dispatch may take 2-3 business days. We'll email you a tracking link as soon your order ships.

Can I sign up for a subscription during the Black Friday sale?

Subscriptions are unavailable during our Black Friday sale (through December 2nd). However, we're offering something even better: use your free gift card to start a subscription after the sale ends and enjoy 10% off your first month plus free gifts with every delivery!

I am an existing subscriber, will my next renewal qualify for the free gift packs?

Unfortunately, no - as a subscriber, you already receive 10% off and a free gift with every delivery, so it wouldn’t be sustainable for us to also include the Black Friday gift pack.

However, you’re very welcome to skip or reschedule your next renewal and place a one-off order during the Black Friday period to claim your free gift pack!

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Note we are not responsible for any customs or import fees.
