I am only about 3 weeks into having Black Maca Root each morning in my smoothie after gym.
So far I have noticed an improvement in my quality of sleep and am slowly getting my mojo back. Black Maca is Black Magic! We bought this for my husband who in his 50s is up peeing 2-5 times per night. It’s really ruining his ability to function during the day.
